My name is Jay, and I am the owner of LWR Construction. I've always loved working with my hands and being outside, ever since I built treehouses when I was 10 years old. It was a great time to be a kid growing up in the Midwest during the early 90s and riding my bicycle with my friends from the neighborhood. We didn't have cell phones or computers back then, so we went outside all the time. I found my passion by working in construction for over 25 years and mastering each trade with my friends along the way. I moved to Lakewood Ranch from Ohio in 2014 because I couldn't stand the cold weather any longer and want to work all year round. Florida is the perfect place for me and my family because of the beautiful weather and the construction boom. I care about craftsmanship, the materials we use, and the smile on the customer's face.
